Here, I answer the most frequently asked questions, as well as a few I wish people would ask so I can chat about clay a bit more.

What type of ceramics do you sell?

I specialise in a variety of handmade ceramics, including mugs, bowls, plates, platters, vases and custom pieces. Each piece is crafted with care to ensure quality and uniqueness.

Are all your Ceramics handmade?

Yes, every piece is handcrafted by my very own hands. I love to design and create each piece, from a a lump of clay straight out of the bag to your home.

How can I place an Order?

Orders can be placed through my Website. Simply browse the collections, select the items you wish to purchase, and follow the check out process. It’s as easy as pie and just as satisfying - without the calories.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items. This ensures you only pay for what you're shipping, making it fair and transparent for all my customers.

Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to you.

What is your packaging made of?

Recycled Materials: I frequently reuse clean, sturdy boxes and packing fillers. If your order arrives in a box with a "past life," know that it was chosen to save a tree, not to skimp on quality.

Plastic-Free: I aim to use reduce the use of plastic as much as possible.

Encouraging Circularity: I encourage you to reuse my packaging for your own needs or ensure it reaches the correct recycling bin.

How should I care for my ceramics?

To keep your ceramics looking as fabulous as the day they left the kiln, gently wash them with non-abrasive cleaners. This will maintain the vibrancy of your hand-crafted glazes and ensure your pieces last a lifetime.

Are your ceramics microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe?

All my pottery is handmade and water tested. While I can definitely assure you they are dishwasher safe, I can't guarantee they are microwave or oven safe. It's best to use caution and avoid sudden temperature changes. Slow and steady wins the race—and saves your ceramics!

Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

Sometimes! It depends on my schedule and the complexity of the piece. If you have an idea, drop me an email and I’ll let you know if it’s possible. Bonus points for sketches!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I only ship within the UK. I am working on expanding further but international shipping can be complicated and expensive.

Do you offer Pottery Classes or Workshops?

I don't offer classes or workshops at this time. However, keep an eye on my website for updates in the future!

What is your return policy?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to discuss a return or exchange. I promise not to take it personally; sometimes things just don't click.

What if my order arrives broken?

Please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Send me a photo and I’ll either replace the piece or offer a refund. Ceramics are fragile, and I pack them like they’re going into orbit but sometimes accidents happen.

Why are no 2 pieces exactly the same?

Every piece I make is handmade from start to finish. Small variations in shape, glaze, and texture happen naturally during throwing, firing, and glazing - and that’s part of the beauty of handmade pottery. These subtle differences mean your piece is truly one of a kind, made just for everyday use and enjoyment .

Can I visit your Studio?

Oh I would love to have you visit but my studio is in my home, so unfortunately, I can’t accommodate visits.  However, I am more than happy to chat with you about my process- just drop me a message.
